Build the delivery teams our clients depend on
Real requisitions, real shift windows stated up front, and a hiring process that tells you where you stand at every stage.
What it's actually like
Real shift clarity, before you accept
If a role covers US or UK hours, the shift window is stated in the listing, not discovered after you join. We would rather lose a candidate at the listing stage than after training.
Training against real client documentation
You are trained on the actual process for the account you will work on, not a generic onboarding deck.
A growth path that is visible
Team lead and quality lead roles are filled from within wherever the person is ready.
Current requisitions
No open requisitions right now
We hire in bursts as client accounts ramp up. Send a speculative application and we'll reach out when a role matching your background opens.
What to expect, stage by stage
Step 1: Application review
2–3 working daysEvery application is read by a person. You will hear back either way.
Step 2: Screening call
20–30 minutesA conversation about the role, your experience and your availability for the shift in question.
Step 3: Work-sample assessment
Varies by roleA task that resembles the actual job — not a generic aptitude test.
Step 4: Panel interview
45–60 minutesWith the team lead and account owner you would actually work with.
Step 5: Offer and verification
3–5 working daysBackground verification runs alongside offer paperwork, not before it starts.
