Sales Support
Most sales teams do not lose deals at the close. They lose them in the follow-up that never happened and the CRM that stopped being true. That is the work this team does.
Does this sound like you?
Your closers are doing admin
Expensive people are building lists and updating records. Moving that work off their desk is usually the cheapest capacity you will ever add.
Follow-up is inconsistent
Some leads get five touches, some get one, and which is which depends on how busy the week was. A defined cadence, executed, beats a better pitch delivered erratically.
Your CRM has stopped being trustworthy
The forecast is wrong because the data is wrong. Stage hygiene is dull, constant work — and it is exactly the kind of work a dedicated team does well.

Platforms we already work in
Not an exhaustive list. If your stack isn’t here, it is usually still workable — raise it on the scoping call.
How we hold ourselves accountable
Outbound runs inside the law of your market
US calling is screened against the National Do Not Call Registry and run under TCPA constraints on time-of-day and consent. UK outreach follows PECR and the ICO’s guidance on business-to-business email. Canadian outreach follows CASL, including the identification and unsubscribe requirements. These are written into the operating procedure, not left to an agent’s judgement.
Activity is reported honestly, including the misses
The weekly report shows touches attempted, connected and converted. A high activity number attached to a low connect rate is a finding, and it is reported as one.
Data quality is measured, not assumed
Contact records are verified before they enter your CRM, and bounce and invalid rates are reported. A list that damages your sending reputation costs far more than it saves.
Security for this line of work
Prospect and customer data stays in your CRM under named user accounts. Exports are restricted, logged and time-limited. Contact data sourced on your behalf is documented with its lawful basis so your marketing operations team can answer a data-subject request without guessing.
We execute outbound within the applicable rules of your market and will decline instructions that breach them — including purchased consumer lists, calls outside permitted hours, and email without a valid unsubscribe path.
Case studies
Case studies are being prepared for publication
Each one requires written client clearance before it goes live, and that takes longer than writing the page. Ask for the relevant one on a call — we can walk you through it verbally under NDA today, with more operational detail than a published page would carry anyway.
Sales Support FAQ
Will the team call as us or as Shoora Global?
As you, using your domain and your caller identity, unless you prefer otherwise. Whichever you choose is written into the scope, and it does not change without your say-so.
Do you work on commission?
No. Sales support is billed on a dedicated or hourly basis. Commission-only offshore outbound produces exactly the behaviour you would expect — volume over quality, and a reputation cost you pay later.
Can you close deals?
We qualify, nurture and set appointments. Closing stays with your team, who know your pricing, your limits and your product. A team that closes on your behalf without that context is a liability.
How do you protect our sending reputation?
Verified contacts only, warmed sending domains, volume ramped rather than blasted, and bounce and complaint rates reported weekly. If the numbers move the wrong way, sending pauses before the domain is damaged.
