Virtual Assistance
The same assistant every day, working your hours, who learns your preferences once and then stops needing to ask. That continuity is the entire product.
Does this sound like you?
You are the bottleneck
Everything routes through your inbox. The work that only you can do is queued behind work that anyone could do.
You tried a marketplace VA
A different person each month, re-explaining everything each time. The problem was never the individual — it was that nobody stayed long enough to become useful.
You need coverage in your timezone
Overnight processing so the work you handed over at 6pm is done when you open your laptop.

Platforms we already work in
Not an exhaustive list. If your stack isn’t here, it is usually still workable — raise it on the scoping call.
How we hold ourselves accountable
One named assistant, with a named backup
You work with the same person daily. A trained backup shadows the account so leave or illness does not reset your working relationship to zero.
A written preferences document
How you like your calendar defended, which senders always reach you, your travel preferences, your tone in writing. It is documented in week one and maintained — which is what makes the backup usable.
A daily handover you can scan in thirty seconds
Done, blocked, needs you. Short enough that you actually read it, which is the only reason a handover note works at all.
Security for this line of work
Assistants work under named accounts in your workspace with delegated access rather than shared passwords — you can see exactly what they can reach and revoke it in one action. Where personal or financial information is handled, it stays inside your systems and is covered by the engagement’s data-processing terms.
Case studies
Case studies are being prepared for publication
Each one requires written client clearance before it goes live, and that takes longer than writing the page. Ask for the relevant one on a call — we can walk you through it verbally under NDA today, with more operational detail than a published page would carry anyway.
Virtual Assistance FAQ
Is it the same person every day?
Yes. That is the difference between this and a marketplace. A trained backup covers leave, and they shadow the account beforehand rather than being introduced on the day.
What hours will they work?
Yours. Shifts are set against US Eastern, US Pacific or UK business hours and written into the scope.
Can they access my email and calendar?
Under delegated access you grant and can revoke, not a shared password. You keep visibility of exactly what is reachable.
What is the minimum commitment?
Part-time cover is the usual starting point, moving to full-time when the workload justifies it. Starting full-time before the work exists tends to end badly for both sides.
