Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Shoora Global collects through this website and in the course of providing outsourcing services, why, and what rights you have over it.

1. Who we are
Shoora Global ("Shoora Global", "we", "us") is based at SG Tower, Plot No. 35, Woodland Society, Near Center Point School, Dabha, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440013, India. For any privacy query, contact ashish@shooraglobal.com.
2. What we collect
- Contact and enquiry data you submit through our forms: name, email, phone, company, and the content of your message.
- Application data submitted through our careers pages: name, contact details, and anything included in a CV, cover note or portfolio link.
- Client and prospective-client data processed on your behalf under a signed Data Processing Agreement, which is governed by that agreement, not by this policy.
- Standard technical data collected by any website: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, via server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
3. Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
- Responding to an enquiry or quote request — legitimate interest in operating a sales process, or contract performance once an engagement begins.
- Processing a job application — steps taken at your request prior to a potential contract.
- Operating and securing this website — legitimate interest in running a functioning, secure site.
- Where required, marketing communications you have opted into — consent, withdrawable at any time.
4. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies this site sets, their purpose and their duration, and how to control them.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it with the sub-processors listed on our Security & Compliance page, strictly to operate the services described there, and only under a data-processing agreement with each of them.
6. International transfers
As an India-based company serving clients in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada, personal data we process routinely crosses borders. Where UK or EU personal data is involved, transfers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism, recorded in the applicable Data Processing Agreement.
7. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up, and deleted where no engagement results. Application data is retained for a defined period after a hiring decision, then deleted, unless you consent to being considered for future roles. Client data processed under a DPA is retained and deleted per that agreement.
8. Your rights
Subject to your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update the "last updated" date above whenever this policy changes materially, and post the revised version here.
