What we do

One accountable partner, six service lines

Not a menu — a single delivery relationship across whichever combination of support, finance, engineering, marketing, sales and admin work your business needs, with the same account owner and the same reporting standard across all of them.

The six lines

What we deliver

Every engagement

What every engagement includes

This is the cross-cutting promise that makes six service lines one coherent partner rather than six separate vendors.

A written scope

What is in, what is out, and what happens when something falls between. Agreed before work starts, not reconstructed from emails during a disagreement.

A named account owner

One person accountable for the engagement, reachable directly, who is not also the person doing the work. Escalation ends with the founder.

An agreed SLA

Targets set against your reality rather than a generic template, with a written remediation path when they are missed.

A reporting cadence you set

Weekly operational reporting, a monthly review and a quarterly business review. You choose the format; we do not send a dashboard link and call it a report.

A reviewable security posture

Our information-security programme, third-party attestation status and data-processing agreement are available for review before you sign, not after.

A transition-out plan

Written at the start, covering notice, knowledge transfer, data return and deletion, and access revocation. You should never feel locked in by the difficulty of leaving.

Engagement models

Choose how you're billed

Rates are quoted per scope. The models themselves — and what each is best suited to — are public.

Security is reviewable before you sign, not after

ISO 27001 and SOC 2 documentation, our data-processing agreement and our full security posture are available on request.
