Outsourcing Services for Canadian Businesses
Canadian businesses get a team shifted to Eastern or Pacific Canadian hours, contracted in CAD, with outbound work run under CASL — generally regarded as the strictest anti-spam regime of the three markets we serve.
What applies specifically to Canada
PIPEDA for private-sector data
Our data-processing terms are built to support obligations under the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, and the province-specific equivalents where a client operates in Quebec, Alberta or British Columbia.
CASL — the strictest regime of the three markets
Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation requires express or narrowly-defined implied consent before commercial electronic messages are sent. Any outbound sales-support work for a Canadian client is scoped against CASL specifically, not treated as a variant of US or UK rules.
Cross-border data transfer
Where data moves between Canada and our Nagpur delivery centre, the transfer terms in our DPA address this explicitly rather than relying on a US or UK clause.

What's specific to this market
Quebec’s Law 25 where relevant
For clients handling Quebec residents’ data, Law 25 adds obligations beyond PIPEDA.
CASL discipline shows up in the outbound article
Our sales-support service page and the compliant-outbound blog post both treat CASL as a first-class regime, not a footnote to US rules.
